7ShotIt Studios – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time.
Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
If 7ShotIt Studios is responsible for any additional arrangements such as hair, makeup, wardrobe, props, or location rentals, a separate retainer will be discussed and must be paid in advance.
All remaining balances are due on or before the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed.
2. Payments
All payments should be made to $BeKing7 (Cash App) until further notice.
Additional payment methods will be introduced at a later date.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Reschedules must be requested at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled session.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future date at the photographer’s discretion.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of both the session and deposit.
4. Session Expectations
Clients and models are expected to arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled start time.
This 30-minute window serves as a grace period for any minor delays (traffic, wardrobe adjustments, last-minute errands, etc.).
If a client arrives more than 30 minutes after the scheduled session time (total of 1 hour late), the session is considered forfeited without refund.
5. Image Delivery
Clients will receive access to a preview gallery within 24 hours of the session to select their final images.
Final edited images will be delivered within 1–2 weeks, depending on the total number of images selected.
6. Image Rights & Usage
7ShotIt Studios retains the copyright and creative rights to all images produced.
Clients receive usage rights for personal or promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The photographer reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, and social media promotion.
7. Liability
While all reasonable care is taken during each session, 7ShotIt Studios is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during a shoot on or off-site.
Clients participate at their own risk and agree to hold the photographer harmless from any such claims.
8. Agreement
By booking a session with 7ShotIt Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
